When I brought this I was able to set it up in less than 2 minutes. This gave me no problems and was actually faster than my old D-Link AC1750 Wi-Fi router. The only issue I can find is the lack of child lock advertised on the packaging. Instead, they let you control it with one of their apps, which isn't bad, but it's not great either.

Router has been working properly for about 1 year. Then it stopped registering the internet signal. I called support. They seemed very nice and helpful until it came to real help. After they came back after diagnosing the problem, she said I figured it out and could help you, but first I noticed that your product had exceeded the 90 day warranty period to diagnose the problem. Junk! First I spent an hour on the internet searching NETGEAR génie and trying to get this to work but to no avail. Then spent almost an hour with technical support. It turned out that the box just didn't work! After spending a total of 4 hours getting this to work they then got the nerve to get a case number to call back later once I have the new Netment router! I went and got the links and it was ready to go.
