Almost 5.4 due to misleading description

To be honest this is one of the most stable consumer electronics I have ever owned. Easy setup, easy access to web admin page. A reset is only required due to external Comcast signal quality issues etc. More than 2.5 years of stable operation. The only problem (as mentioned by others and in the title here) is that it doesn't support ANY close to 1.4 Gbps on Comcast. Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • is embarrassing

When I bought this in April to replace an old Arris model cable modem (which had similar reset issues) I LOVED…

Pros
  • Good thing
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product
