Great way to manage your IT department remotely

The ability it gives me as an employee when i am at work or out having issues with my computer/hardware! It allows us not only access but also be able give others remote help via video chat if needed too!! I dislike nothing about this program so far just some minor things like being unableto add multiple devices under 1 account (but thats easily fixed). This has helped immensely by allowing more employees than ever before now use their own computers instead using shared ones which used take up…
