The Neutriherbs Shape Up Improved Reusable Wrap is a very long piece of plastic. I use it with my heat cream because I don't have herbal cream. Definitely makes you sweat so you lose water weight. I've worn it under my neoprene vest during training and it works even better. The film can clump under the rolls, so expect sticking/buckling. The bandage also comes off when you sweat, which can be a little uncomfortable. To prevent bacteria, wipe clean and hang dry.
