Although the wipes are amazing do not purchase this item if you don't already have the blue Neutrogena case. The wipes dry without the blue container. This element shows a container, but the container is not included in this element.

I wanted to buy a plastic case but the product came without a plastic case. The makeup wipes inside appear to be from a very old batch that may have been idle for a while. It still has a "patent pending" sticker. Unlike others I order through Amazon and the store says it's "patented technology". Also the packaging looked old and the wipes were a bit drier than usual. They still work well but I don't think it's the best value for money and the product image is misleading.

I ordered a four pack. Instead I got 3 replacement packs of 25 wipes and then 4 of those pesky 7 packs of wipes. Those little pouches always dry up. Super annoyed.

These wipes are on my bedside table. It's the perfect way to remove all of my makeup before laying down on my pillow when I don't have the time (or energy) to properly wash my face in the sink. As a result, there's never makeup on my pillow like it used to be before I discovered it. Now I am sure that I will never part with this product. I've read complaints that they're harsh on some skin types, but that's not my experience.

There was no picture of the product, only 4 packs. My daughter loves these for $20 but was wondering if I should call the BBB about the false advertising. These makeup remover wipes are the best wipes. They remove waterproof mascara and eyeliner in just a few strokes. They are soft, gentle on the skin and do not cause rashes or irritation. I don't know what I will do if Neutrogena decides to discontinue this product. Nothing else compares!
