Fitz as expected. Fits my usual size 11. Very light shoe and you can see the movement of your toes through the top of the shoe. The insole is light and not very supportive, but no worse than any other major shoe brand. There is a slight lump in early on and off with tighter lacing as the visor is fully seated against the sides of the shoe.

Bought 3 pairs. I change daily from Mon-Fri because of office work. It has been less than 2 months since they arrived and they are falling apart. The lace trains are pulled out, the upper is separated from the soul and the fabric is crumbling. I am very very disappointed. I always carried Arishi with me, but finding her is getting harder and harder. NB is the only shoe that fits my odd shaped foot. I'm totally upset that I paid $70 for 2 weeks wear.

I've been wearing New Balance shoes for almost 25 years. This is the first pair I have had to return. There is no grip in these shoes. As soon as I put them on, I found them funny. No support on the sides of the shoe. The material is very light and slightly stretchy. Like wearing socks with laces! My feet move in the shoes even though they fit perfectly. I have worn NB shoes for many years because of my wide feet. I usually wear 12w to run/gym. I was looking for casual athletic shoes to wear outside of the gym and chose this model. Shoes look great, very stretchy and breathable. It's so stretchy that I actually had to go back and downsize it by half a size. I don't agree with a lot of reviews just because they're just ignorant. Respect. As a racing shoe, this means they are very light to maximize your running speed on paved/stable/flat surfaces, but it also means they wear out between 100-200 miles compared to 300-500 miles for a daily trainer. , Brooks Launch 5.
