both shoes are a size 11 New Balance… definitely a sizing issue. I sent them back but now of course they are not the size I need in this particular shoe. I think I'll keep trying...when brand sizes are so different, it's hard to know which size to order.

I wanted her so bad after seeing the bachelorette Hannah B. I had to have her! The shoes are incredibly comfortable and stylish. I read the reviews before buying and decided to go down a half size. I disagree, I think you should stick with your original size. I ordered 7 and they fit like a glove, but 7.5 would have given a little more room for extra comfort.
