If you go barefoot, decrease the size by half. If you want to wear socks, go half a size up

I bought a size 7 wide and returned a 6.5 wide. rescued 7. I was concerned as my feet are swollen and I live in a high humidity condition. It also allows wearing thin socks. Arch support is almost absent and does not hurt the bottom of the foot. They have a wide toe box - ONLY if you buy a size plus - otherwise the regular ones are too narrow due to the strap they added over the toe box.
