Great product and customer service! I was a bit hesitant at first as this is a new seller and I had a lot of questions. But I was impressed with the great customer service they provided, they answered all of my questions about the product. And let me tell you, this water stick makes water taste amazing and is so handy I can't take it with me! Very happy with my purchase! ☺☺☺

Well the litmus test showed that it really works with water from my fridge and filtered water from the sink. it didn't work at all with the bottled water I bought. Bottled water was an alarming 5.0 and Wand didn't change it. My tap water is an amazing 8.0. But filtering unfortunately reduces it to six. The stick resets it to 8.0.
