Suitable for large adult heads

I bought this hat to pair with an adorable dress of the same design. It was stated to fit a child/toddler. This hat isn't just too big, it's huge. I didn't think to check it, but if it's made in China, then people in that country get the impression that our kids have huge heads, which they don't. I am so disappointed.
