I liked the product and it worked great but I didn't give 5 stars because it came with only 4 characters on the cake, 2 pieces were missing but I had no choice but to keep it and use it because i needed it that day. Shipping when I ordered was Wednesday but when I paid it was Saturday so no time.

One of the "lock" tricks or fasteners was missing and the other two were broken and Sally is really bent. I won't be using the trick or treats on the cake as they are broken and one is missing, the hat on the shock looks like it was chewed by a dog. I've gotten out of my head! As I love trick or treating and wanted to use them on my daughter's birthday cake.

We ordered 3 sets of DIY Christmas tree ornaments and only 1 set arrived with no broken symbols. On the other 2 kits, the Zero was completely ripped off the stand and the stand was ripped from the stand. Not a big deal because we were able to stick them on and use them as decorations, but remember when you buy them they all come packaged in a tiny pouch and mailed in a bubble envelope so chances are some of them break down .

Jack Skellington's one was broken and I can't fix it, mine Sally and it's stuck completely under the slant and the zero head is retracted. The lock-on damper and barrel mounts are fine, but I was a bit frustrated with Sulley's jacks and zeros.
