Nike Free TR Flyknit 3 Women's Running Shoe Review

I would give them a 5 because I love them for all things HIIT/Bootcamp! They fit well and feel great! BUT I'm giving 3 stars because I haven't had them for a very long time, I only started wearing them indoors last week and then this week outside on the patio and part of the bottom has come loose. I have pictures but for some reason I can't upload them.

This product was a little wobbly and I don't know if it arrived broken. I noticed that the pads had slipped out, which was pretty weird for me, but I didn't want to put off going to the gym any longer. They get dirty very quickly and I get the color very light but I had light sneakers on before they got dirty. They look really good on my feet but there is something odd about the laces. It's very tight and I've found my legs and feet hurt if laced too tight, which isn't tight at all.

I do a mix of circuit training and strength training and these shoes are great! I feel supported when I lift weights and also have the cushioning I need to run, squat, box jump and hit the ball. The ball of your foot gets a good amount of cushioning, but not so much that you feel unstable. I have 2 pairs of these shoes and they are my favorites. My mom has a pair of these and she has narrow feet (but is medium width) and liked the amount of support these shoes offer for a narrow foot. My foot…
