The product was brand new.

Used this ceramic dome as a replacement for the sponge filter. This is a great product. The one I received from another seller last year looked like it had been used and repackaged. Thanks very much!

SO FAR SO GOOD on Water Filtration & Softeners

Many Revain deliveries seem to be taking longer than they used to. Don't think this is the fault of Revain or its vendors. Think the fault is either with UPS or USPS. So far the products are working great. It took several cycles for the water to pass through the filter in a satisfactory time.
