Very Good Experience Working with 9HertZ

I like that they are very prompt in responding to emails or calls about my project needs/ questions! They also have good communication skills with their clients (which makes it easier for them when we need updates). Their customer service team can be difficult sometimes - but only because of language barriers if you're not familiar enough English / Spanish etc.. It's hard being able t communicate well since there isn't much interaction between client & us so far during our projects together :)…

  • They respond very quickly and are very professional
Cons
  • I wish I could communicate better with them and that they spoke better English so I could understand everything they say
