Our original purchase ended in a rip off, but Ninja Safe representatives did their best to fix the issue. They gave us a brand new ninja course for free. Your customer service was great.

We bought this for our six year old son for Christmas 2020. He is very fond of Ninja Warrior. He is a very athletic kid with remarkable upper body strength. From the age of 3 he swings on the bar and pulls himself up. We made the decision to buy him, he's still trying to conquer him.

The main rope broke within a week my son suffered :(((The picture looks so amazing and my son is so excited to wear his new outdoor sport toy got it. Took 1 hour to install, not that difficult but the quality turned out to be very poor. The plastic smells awful and even we left it for a couple of days before using it. Seems to be such a fun product but due to the 35-40 foot sag between our trees it bows to my young children (6 and 8 year olds) and her just not enough upper body strength to move on it. If they let go of it it bounces again and they get hit by hanging parts a few times. My older kids have strength but they are too heavy. I have 2 ninja courses for Bought for my 9 year old son's birthday. When first setting the sag, the ratchet pins bent and I was unable to tension the system. I panicked because the delivery was 3 days late and there was no way I could get a replacement in time. Great buy. The material of the strap is different from other brands like Ninja products but it serves its purpose well. If you have the budget and space, I would recommend purchasing another obstacle in addition to this set. If you space them 12 inches apart (as suggested) you have about 12 to 15 feet of obstructions and the strap is 50 feet long.
