Good car charger, a must have when buying a Nintendo Switch. This car charger saved my life on long car rides with my son. For a portable game that kids love, you need to buy a portable car charger to maintain the battery. This is a MUST buy.

Bought for my son along with Nintendo Switch for Christmas. Used twice, third time doesn't work at all. Sooo glad I paid double to have the Nintendo name on it. He's now using our non-branded car phone chargers, which are less than half the cost. No thanks to Nintendo. But what do you care, you got your money.

A bit high price compared to other products on the market, but HORI will never let you down when it comes to Nintendo products. The company supports it for a reason. The product is of excellent quality, worth the money in my opinion.

We got this charger because it's a 2.5 hour drive (one way) to her dad's house so she can play and make sure it's charged when she gets there. I specifically wanted the car charger to stay in the car and not be brought into just any house. This has worked quite well, so far without any problems.

Excellent! I use it not only for my Switch but also for my phone which has USB-C like all modern new phones now (except iPhone at the moment). Another plus is its length, I can sit in the back and the cord is so long. ps Another plus is that this is an officially licensed product and not a cheap aftermarket product

Charging could be a little faster but overall a good purchase. You really need it if you want to use the Switch outside of the house as the Switch battery life is only 2-4 hours. Overcomes long car journeys without a car charger. The cord is a nice length and reaches most of the car (I drive a Subaru Outback). Great for the price highly recommended.
