Leaked in the pool for the first time.

I checked a piece of tissue paper and it was dry. After a few hours at the spa, I developed a leak. I found a gap along the seam between the beginning of the zipper and the side panel of the cover.

Great case, best in cases, holsters and sleeves

My husband used this case for a week while canoeing in the swamp. He could use his phone to take photos, record videos, and send text messages while the phone was in his pocket. I would have never known it was in action. Even in the pouring rain, the phone stayed dry. Good product.

Its worth it. Survived 10 days in the Bahamas with no problems

Thing works great. Took it several hours each day in the sea and pool during a trip to the Bahamas. Absolutely no problems, there is never moisture inside. Put my cards and iPhone 12 mini with case in (plenty of space - much larger phones fit in easily)

This soft bag is very well made. The camera worked with no issues

The touchscreen works quite well, it's very uncluttered but a bit angular for my iPhone 12 Pro Max. It seems well made but the lack of a custom fit makes up for it difficult to pull it out of a small pocket and it seems to have failed. The exterior was unaffected, it closed again after I dried the phone and the insides of the protective case.

Great for the water park!

This case is perfect for the water park. It contained my phone, car keys, driver's license, ATM card and some cash. Everything was completely dry! It hid everything behind a black area, which was nice (except for my phone, which I could use through a case). The only downside is that I couldn't use my phone case with it and had to take it off before putting my phone in to make it fit (I have a Galaxy Note 8).

A leak! ! ! Could have been an expensive and spectacular fiasco

Leaking after about 10 uses with my phone in it. Good that my new iPhone SE (second generation) is waterproof. For next waterproofing I will try the waterproof Nite Ize Runoff phone case with bigger and shorter zipper. I carry my phone around my neck and under my personal lifeline. (life jacket) as a safety device in the event of an unforeseen emergency. TruZip needs to be lubricated and niteize does not specify which lube to use. I contacted and they reported ArmorAll or 303 Aerospaceโ€ฆ
