I was very disappointed with this product. No power at all. I used a similar product for my husband's toe nails that was great. I thought this would be just as good. Nope! As soon as the toe nail grinder touches the nail, it stops. And, my only options to return it are pay $5.99 at a drop box close to my house. Or, if I want to return it for free, I have to drive to a UPS Store an hour away. With the cost of gas, it will be cheaper to just throw it in the trash. :(

Easy to control speed and a joy to use, esp. for diabetics who tend to have excessively dry skin which will crack open if ignored. I worry about spending $20 to get an overzealous Esthetician who can over scrape the skin or spend $40 co-pay to get the podiatrist to do it. This is well worth the money so you don't go broke keeping your feet bearable!

It sometimes takes so.e encouragement to get going, but at low price, did not expect perfection. Used to help detail 3D printed parts as other rotary tools have higher speeds which tend to melt PLA.

Tips are all metal or very extremely coarse. This seems like more of a woodworking tool than something you want near your skin.

Unfortunately for me this product lacked the build quality.Even at the beginning it felt poorly build and after using for few weeks cable got damaged.It's not a bad tool to have, I just wish it's quality was better.

i thought so what?! it's lighter weight and probably has more consistent power running from the wall jack. appreciated the accessory pack - all kinds of applications provided for. would recommend it to anybody wanting a 'personal dremel' for nail and skin care.
