5 stars because you can't do better with Noctua at this price. However, keep in mind that at 900 rpm you're not building much pressure and your airflow is pretty weak. If you have material blocking the fan, you will find that airflow has decreased significantly. The noise level is quiet, however, and if you have the wit to line them up for the air intake, you'll be happy. I wouldn't use them for a heatsink fan and spend the extra money on higher airflow 4-pin fans.

I needed a quiet fan to cool a large TV cabinet that I was converting into a stereo cabinet in my home office. I have an integrated tube amp that generates a significant amount of heat that needs to be removed from an enclosed space. This fan solved the problem by being quiet enough not to interfere with my listening pleasure.

Very quiet, almost silent, only audible within 30 cm. Use it in a NAS that runs 24/7. The only complaint is that they don't come with rubber anti-vibration pads, but that doesn't matter as I don't hear any vibration.

I had several 10 year old fans in my computer, I replaced them all with Noctua fans, what a difference in sound. I should have done this a long time ago. In case you're wondering, I've upgraded computers many times over the years and they still run fast and are great for GTA V.

Fan speed and of course CFM too slow; But as an addition to my already existing HDD fans, it's ok to use. However, for intense gaming or cooling, you will likely want to use a different product.

Noctua always takes care of its fans. I used one of these to replace my Hyper 212's fan because it was very noisy. I checked the temp and it works as well if not better than the fan that came with the CPU cooler. Even at 2000rpm I can barely hear this fan and it effectively moves a lot of air. Overall, this fan is definitely worth the money.

Not the strongest airflow I've seen, but I can't hear it when the other fans in the computer are running. to install pain. They require very thin screwdrivers, but also require a lot of torque. I wish they had a better option or a screw that goes through both fan holes so they can be secured with a regular screwdriver.

I had a Rosewill fan in my computer but it stopped working so I bought another Rosewill fan. It was super loud. My computer is in my home office, so I don't need engine noise there. The next day I ordered this and it is very quiet. Only 4 screws to replace and one standard plug for easy installation.

I love these fans, great product but got a used fan that had installed somewhere then sent it back and sold it to me as a new product. Except holes. The product is fine. The fan pack was torn (no big deal), these fans will be permanently knocked out when installed with manufacturer screws, but this can be avoided with brackets that won't scratch the fan. Good product but unacceptable advertising like new.
