🛠️ Noga DB1000 Metal Sheet Deburring Tool Review

I wish I had bought something like this years ago. Time-saving deburring of galvanized steel and aluminum from 24 to 12 ga. I don't use anything over 14 ga on stainless steel. You could, but you would have to reset the gap in the round pieces. I use 95% between 24 and 12 ga so I'll leave it at that. If I had a big job, like 100+ sheets heavier, I would just grab another one and put it on. A real time saver.

This is the second one I have bought. I first saw this trimming tool in 1990 at the Boeing Surplus Tool Store where I bought it for $1. I used it until recently when it could no longer cut the edges of the aluminum sheets I work with. I was pleased to find it here on Revain. It's exactly the same as the one I bought at the Boeing surplus store and will probably be the last I'll ever buy.

I needed to deburr sheet metal but had trouble with the standard deburring tool. After struggling with a standard tool, I asked the sheet metal workers at my job what they use, and here it is. Circular knives are adjustable for different thicknesses and the knives can be twisted or turned for longer life.
