I ordered this one to connect my new MacBook Air to an LG TV. I specifically chose this product for the very long cable as my TV is on a high stand. Arrived quickly, packed in a small box. It was as described, but I ended up returning after purchasing a multi-port USB adapter for my MacBook, eliminating the need for a dedicated USB-C cable.

This product does not work as described. It doesn't play my movies or display anything from my phone on my TV and I've read the description very carefully and made sure it's compatible with my phone. The quality of the product looks good but it doesn't work with my phone connected with the USB-C cable. I don't know why it doesn't work.

I used 2 of these to connect my MacBook Pro to two external monitors. One started to go bad and is now causing interference in my MPB affecting the power supply (SMC/System Management Controller) and WIFI. I connected other cables to troubleshoot and this cable is causing the problem. The other of the two cables still seems to be working fine, but now the question is how long will it last?
