I love this curler and not only use it for carrots but also to decorate marinades, radishes, cucumbers, beets and more. . So easy to use and clean which makes decorating easy! I've had it for a few months now and use it constantly.

With a little practice, you can use this product to make truly amazing carrot flowers as easy as sharpening a pencil. Makes cute carrot roses. It's easy, I peel a carrot, cut off the ends, stick them in and it works like a pencil sharpener. I think it can also be used for sushi as it makes nice flat ribbons. I love these types of carrots in salads - they don't all sink to the bottom and are large enough to add real carrot flavor to the salad. Seems very well done.
