Was a lot of fun. Easy to do. My 5 year old has a great time with it. Some complain that the pot heats up too slowly and use the stovetop instead. I don't know, I thought it heats up really well and it's so much more fun using the pot that comes with it and everyone can get moving. The shapes are awesome, I also recommend using 2 or 3 packs of unflavored gelatin as others have suggested. We used 3 packs and they were great. This is a really fun messy gift for any boy or girl.

You need to make sure the liquid mixture is runny before pouring it into molds; after 5 minutes of heating in the pan, the mixture was cold and still lumpy.
