🍿 Nostalgia OFP-501 Popcorn Machine, 1040W, 120V, 12-Cup, Red - Old Fashioned Style Review

We bought this a long time ago as a gift for my mother-in-law who loves popcorn. It was really cute, and while it was a bit bulky, it didn't take up nearly as much space as its full-size version. My mother in law kept it in the closet when not in use. She loved how easy it was to make movie style popcorn quickly and for less money. Nice gift for the price.

Okay, first of all I don't know what I was thinking but it's a lot smaller than I thought. But it blows out the cores before popping out once all goes well, but I'm not happy with that. I've tried a healthier alternative, but this one isn't good. I bought these for my son so he can use them without trying to use the stove top or unhealthy popcorn in the microwave but this one is disappointing 👎🏾👎🏾

It is quite easy to use and just as easy to clean. For those wondering if it would be perfect for a birthday party or special event, I'll probably pay a little more for a more authentic popcorn maker. This one is cute but it looks really cheap. It's good for just hanging out with family or relaxing with friends. But those who really want to impress will be a little disappointed. Overall a good buy!

This product is cute. My experience with it is ok. I recommend that you have a deep bowl covering the opening area as the hot kernels will still burst. It was a bit scary as my little ones got too close to see the cool clapping. This small popcorn maker is easy to clean and use. I like the look of this device, people look at it so nostalgically, but if it doesn't explode then it shouldn't be rated well because that's the only reason why you buy it because you want popcorn. I thought I had a faulty unit so I called Revain they were so good they replaced it with a new one and I was happy to try and the same thing happened only about half the cores popped out . This is a cute little popcorn maker. But I will use it more as a novelty on the shelf next to my DVDs. I was expecting something bigger when looking at the promotional photo and dimensions. The actual popcorn cage is about 6 3/4 inches high from the front end where the popcorn sits and 5 inches wide. I used a cereal box to give you an idea of the actual size.
