The soap is clogging and you have to clean the dispensing area almost every day. we have dr Bonner's liquid soap used. After only a few uses, the dispenser not only squirts the soap straight down, but everywhere. Then after 4 months it stopped working. There is no response from the seller although they say the warranty is one year.

Just received and doesn't even work, seriously. Updated Review: After reading all the reviews I had to keep trying to get it working, my partner insisted seeing the problem, changed the batteries, cleaned with alcohol and the boom magic began. I like the product, I'm thinking about buying it for the bathroom. I usually just give up for the sensor not to work and waste my soap it's that good.

Don't waste your money on this dispenser. Mine lasted less than 12 hours. I put in 4 new AAA batteries, used the dispenser a few times and after a few hours it stopped working. I long pressed the "+" button as instructed to turn it on (I thought it would turn off automatically), since it wasn't working I opened the battery cover. For some reason the soap was leaking from inside the dispenser off and damaged the batteries.

I had to return the item because it didn't fit me. I installed the dispenser as soon as I got it and it worked for a few minutes and then stopped working. The power was on but it sounded like an engine problem. He just didn't move. Not sure if it was the sensor or the motor but I've tried everything including diluting the liquid soap, putting new batteries back in and cleaning it. It is a pity. liked the design!

I just got this a month ago; The motion sensor no longer works at all. I made sure there was enough soap in the soap container, gave the sensor a shake, even turned it off a few times. It's just completely useless right now. This is very flawed. This is disappointing because the concept is amazing and I spent money on it hoping it would work. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. I will update my review when I get a response from the manufacturer/supplier.

I really want this product to be one of the few I could find that gives you real control over the amount of soap you want to dispense. There are 3 levels, but most average people will probably use the lowest level if they only wash their hands. All the others were such a problem because they dispense more coin sized soap which requires more refills and more soap waste.
