I like this remote. My old one stopped working so I went to Revain to find another one. Finding a replacement was easy. It arrived in record time, when I received it I just put the batteries in and it worked. I didn't have to program it onto the TV. Also not expensive. I'm glad I bought it.

Definitely the best purchase I've made this week! Found a free Insignia TV on the side of the road. The only thing missing was the remote, thanks to some research and this seller sells the best off the shelf remote, now I change all the settings I couldn't do before. Amazing product! Bought to replace the TV because I lost the one that came in the kit. I haven't lost this one (yet), but I still have one on my Revain "save for later" list just in case I still haven't found the lost one. But it didn't need any setup, it's just as easy to use as the first one but more collaborative as it stays where I put it.

I think our little one got lost with our original remote and our TV has no buttons so we couldn't turn it off or change the volume until this replacement came. I put the batteries in and immediately turned the volume down and turned it off. Very happy it works just like the old one and we had no problems syncing it up or setting it up.

So happy I found this . I've had 2 more expensive TVs and this badge. But the insignia seemed sharper to me, and I've always been so pleased with it. I've had it for probably at least 5 years or so, and it's only recently that the power button on the remote got really finicky. I tried new batteries several times but it didn't work. I received this remote control and all I had to do was put in batteries and it worked straight away. So happy to be using my little emblem properly again :)

I have two different models of Insignia TVs (Best Buy's own brand). I am very happy with the picture quality and functionality of both TVs, with the exception of the remote control. The remotes are slightly different from each other, but on both the on/off buttons worked fine about two years ago. All other buttons worked fine and it wasn't a battery issue, only the on/off function stopped working. I checked the Best Buy website and the replacement parts are almost $30 each.
