Haven't used this when traveling as it's small enough to pack with electronics. I think that would be something I would do. I use it next to my bed to charge all my devices, alarm clocks and portable air conditioner. It's long enough to reach across a room, which is good for travel as you don't always know if you'll find a grounded outlet. Good value for money.

Between charging cell phones, iPads, laptops and everything else that surrounds us, we have run out of connections. This is ideal for end-of-table installation and a clean connection. I usually use this for my desk when we hang out with our group of friends, for my boyfriend and my bed as the outlet between the Wall is and the bed, and then we have to stay on one side of our queen, which is limiting, but this product is actually very good. We got this to replace the mess of charging cords on our bedside tables and it definitely does the job - we just made sure to get short USB cords to keep things even tidier. Also, with large chargers, you will most likely only be able to use two of the three outlets as they are close together and will end up being blocked. heavy to pack on our last trip.
