Didn't learn how to use both valves but works great with 8" to 12" balloons. I would not recommend using this on very large balloons, they overheat very quickly. I like that the cord plug is stored in the machine. The item has arrived in excellent condition.

This little machine saves time and breath. This was very helpful in preparing for the last Mickey Mouse party. It's very loud, the extra earbuds keep falling off even when I put them on correctly, and the cord is very short. Those are my only reservations. I highly recommend this product.

I would die blowing up balloons if it wasn't for this thing. We bought 2 balloon arches and also filled the balloon toys which have rubber bands. This is a very easy machine to use, you can make two balls at a time if you have a helper. All in all a party saver. Absolutely great to have.

I use balloons in my after school program to keep the kids entertained when we start cleaning up at the end of the day. When there are 10 or less children, we start inflating balloons. They play with them until the parents come and we put away all the toys and supplies and wipe the gymnasium. Kids take home balloons! We rarely go out after 5:45 when we close!
