I've been to Dr. Heard about it on the Oz Show so I tried it and it worked. I stopped it to see what would happen and I noticed a huge difference in how I felt. It's amazing how I feel when I do this. It gives me energy in the morning so I don't feel full all day. Also, I started losing belly fat. No side effects at all. Love it.

I have been taking this medication based on research and so far it has paid off at the gym. When I take it, I find that I can lift heavier weights with each workout and get better results. Additionally I take 5-6 grams per day which can be added to smaller softgels. But that's the ideal size and 1000 mg. I'm almost done with my first batch, can't get enough of these.
