Disgusting - L-Lysine

If moisture comes into contact with this product, the tablets will break apart and be almost impossible to swallow. My favorite way to prepare my pills for the week is in a pill case that holds 7 daily morning and evening pills. Even if the humidity is just the humidity of the air, this product will delaminate.
