Nuvo Lighting TH234 Mr16 Round Review

I have ordered other NUVO chains and have not been particularly impressed. However, this TH234 model is head and shoulders above the others. I have ordered 12 for my house and have had stable, good quality and no problems. Note that the fit is a little tight if using LED bulbs, but they work great with standard MR16 halogen bulbs.

Great replacement part. My mother-in-law has had a few glitches changing bulbs over the years and many of the rail heads have fallen and been damaged. I found them online, put in new MR16 LED bulbs and the light has never looked better. Easy to install, well made and lasts a long time (assuming I change bulbs in the future)

I have a tracking system that is 15+ years old. I thought about finding a replacement. Revain searched and found. This is the farthest light on the right. It's not a perfect match, but it's okay. I used Sharpie to blacken the mesh on top to match my other lights. The light is scattered slightly differently. Actually, nobody would have noticed. Ease of installation. I use MR 16 halogen bulbs and they usually last a few years. I'm happy with that.

I bought a few of these and plan on getting a few more to replace and add to some of the old ones that look the same. I installed a couple of LED bulbs in it and although the product description doesn't currently mention using LEDs, so far so good. The only catch was that the LED bulbs are a bit deeper than the standard MR-16s, so I had to clip the lanyard. Then the LED bulb fits fine if I throw away the UV glass (which isn't needed for an LED bulb anyway). The price is also good - good deal…
