Excellent cable set 100% clean, heavy, even the box looks very serious. Comes with everything you need. (without cinch). 8 AWG and heavy. I like it

High quality wire, very flexible insulation. The power cord has about 3 feet of jacketing already installed and ferrules pre-crimped on one end of each wire. Would buy again.

This is a finely crafted kit that deserves five stars but is incorrectly advertised as copper. The power cables are definitely NOT copper. Very disappointing.

One reviewer claimed that the power cord was not made of copper. It is not true. Power, ground, and speaker wires are silver-tinned, oxygen-free copper. Silver plated copper wire that conducts electricity with less resistance than ordinary copper wire and is also more resistant to corrosion. But it looks like aluminum wire. So I think I can understand the confusion. The weight should dispel any doubts. I am very satisfied with this set. Loved the engine cover. A regular shell tears too easily…

This is an oxygen free copper wire. Don't be fooled by the silver plating on the copper. I tried tinning the wires for installation as I didn't have tips and the wire didn't heat up with a soldering iron. I figured it wasn't strong enough for 8 gauge wire. So I pulled out my flashlight, which worked, but it actually melted some of the tin and you can see the bare copper strands underneath. The fuse box is high quality and well made. The cables were long enough to connect an amp behind the back…

Installed in my 1969 Ford Fairlane. Amplifier in the trunk, new front speakers. The wire was more than enough to go where I needed it and I am happy with the installation and the quality seems good.
