I like that you can create multiple configurations for your network devices, as well switch between them with ease! You have to pay extra if all of these features are not included in an account (which is fair). Easy to use (the interface) - can be accessed from any phone or computer, no need for dedicated hardware; easy to setup (even without technical skills); easy to manage; fast response times with all kind of requests (from simple to complex).
