I like that there is flexibility in how you can set up your space for different users, as well as the ability to use it across multiple platforms (iOS/Android). There are some quirks here and there but nothing big enough to dislike overall. The best thing about this software is that it allows me to use all my office applications like MS Office, Google Docs, etc. from one place. I can easily share files with my colleagues or clients. It is also very easy to access it from anywhere as long as you have an internet connection. It is not user friendly for beginners.
