Triple check your parts number. They change from time to time.

Using my owner's manual I ordered three of these. The part numbers matched up but the spindles were not the right part. Thanks for attention.

Cheap, substandard spindles

I ordered two of these and I received two different spindles. The key way for the blade was only half of what the blade requires on one of them. The pulley was destroyed after a minute of use on it. The other spindle works fine. I would not buy from this vendor again.

Pre assembled: my feedback

Delivered already pre assembled and has the bolts to attach to the lawn mower deck. Does not have the nut for holding the blade on but this never advertised that it did just something I noticed when putting on my deck.

  • Could be difficult to install for those with limited mechanical expertise

Good Product but Beware

Product is very good. Exact fit for my Cub Cadet. Two things to be aware though: - First the threads must be cut; this was indicated in the sales ad. My unit had self tapping screws, so this was easily handled.- Second and more important, the spindles have a zerk (aka: grease) fitting. The bearing were shipped dry so before use the bearings need to be greased.

Check spindle bolt for 6 point before purchasing

The spindle bolt will not work with 6 point blades that are on my rzt50 so I'm returning. But these do come with a grease fitting to service them which is a nice feature that doesn't come factory.

Does not fit Cub Cadet LT1050 as stated.

Purchased two of these for Cub Cadet LT1050 and they do not fit. The listing states it's made for this model. If you put it in the way it's made to fit, the blade is 1/2 inch closer to the ground. If you shim it, the pulley is a 1/2 inch higher than the other pulley and the grease zerk is inaccessible. It was missing the nut that holds the blade on and the original nut that came with the mower does not fit this spindle. The hole in the blade is bigger than the shaft size on the spindle so you…

Different than original

Not as advertised! This spindle assembly has only three points on the bottom where the blade mounts. My spindles and blades are 6 point. I'm going to see if it's compatible. Stay tuned!

Great product, solid manufacturing, nicely priced

It appears that they don't make this spindle OEM anymore. That's fine with me as this well built, reasonably priced aftermarket spindle was a perfect fit for my pre-2007 LT1050 Cub Cadet. It appears to be a frequently used spindle replacing many years and models. I was impressed with the apparent attention to detail and solid construction and feel of this replacement part. This was a perfect match for my cub cadet zero turn 50 inch cut. Make sure you grease it as it don’t come greased. Will be ordering again when needed.

I recommend this product

Not shipped through amazon but still got 2 day shipping. Big thumbs up to the seller. The product is perfect. Also it has a grease fitting. Fit my cub cadet LGT 1054 model year 2013. Will buy again when my other bearings take a dump.

Fit right in and works perfectly

I couldn't give it 4 stars on 'easy to install' because of the design of the mower deck, not the part. It's just not that easy to work under a mower deck.I hope this one lasts for the rest of the life of the mower.

Poor quality for my opinion

The 4 mounting holes should be 5/16-18UNC threads. The parts had approximate .288 Diameter holes which are too large for a correct 5/6-18UNC thread tap.
