Item lasted 4 weeks. A 7 year old girl and a 9 year old boy. Last night, two children's rope broke and they fell headfirst onto the ground, causing pain. The line broke where the flower swings were attached when no one was on the swing. I cannot contact the manufacturer. Chinese phone number and website do not help!

Well, we don't have any trees. So we thought we could install two 8 foot poles and two 10 foot poles cemented 3 feet into the ground to set the course for the ninja. The problem is that the poles loosen in the ground and bend inward, rendering the slacklines and course unusable. You MUST use the trees to set the course! I wish we had known that before purchasing.

I bought this for my 5 year old daughter who likes to climb and she loves it. It's great because it fits almost anywhere and you have the option to make it any size/length of your choice. She can climb on it for hours and my 10 and 13 year olds enjoy climbing on it too. It's fairly easy to assemble and you have the option to hang as many or as few obstacles as you'd like.

In order for the leash to be high enough for my kids not to land on their knees when hanging from objects, it was too far off the ground for them to reach. They have no extra weight and we tightened them as tight as we could. So tight that when one daughter got out, the whole thing rebounded, hitting the other daughter in the face. Not exactly a fun experience for either of them.

Update (9/2/20): We still love this Ninja line. It sat all summer and continues to be used daily and is still in great shape! Don't be shy if you hesitate about this! My son who is 5 years old is very interested in ninja warrior. He loves this slackline. It comes with everything you need to get started. It is durable and very easy to put on and take off! The instructions say to choose a 40" wood but it doesn't provide enough padding to cover a 40" circumference. The padding is also very thin and feels unusable. My husband was frustrated putting this together (and he's a landscaping contractor and has built playgrounds and cable cars and such, it's right up his alley). I took this for our basement because cabin fever is real. When it gets warm again, I'll take it outside. Pros: great article.
