This is a great option for us. Once installed (which was very easy) my tall toddlers can reach both bars and take out all their clothes on their own. I also see it as a good way to hang baby clothes on all three rods. I would say (full guess) that a size 2T garment might be too big to hang on all three tiers without the garment below hanging over the disposal. I know you can't put 4T on all three bars.

Overall I liked it. It is durable and easy to assemble. My only issue is that my son wears 2T-3T and his shirts are already too big to hang without overlapping. I don't know if it would even work for his jumpsuit because that's how I put him on the hanger. I made it work by stacking his t-shirts on a hanger like I would his pants. But it won't be long.
