Great service and support when needed but slow

I like that it is so easy to make changes when needed. The customer service can be very slow at times but they are trying! For example - one of our sites was down for over 24 hours after we called about their support team asking them what happened because there were no errors in access logs or anything else showing as an error which would normally happen if something went wrong (we knew this). We asked several questions before finally getting through where someone told us "they didn't know"…

  • Excellent server speeds compared with other services, such has GoDaddy.
  • Good amount memory available without having too much money spent just going from 1 GB ram instead 4+ gb rams required nowdays

Overall good hosting provider: OCS Hosting Service

I really like the support, I have had issues with a few things and they are always very quick to respond and fix my issues. I also like the control panel, I have never had issues with it. I have also never had issues with the website loading speed. I have noticed that the website loading time can be a little slow at times, but that is not a big deal for me. I have noticed that it is not as easy to make changes to the website as I would like. I wish that it was easier to make changes to the…
