OCTAVO Electric Processor 300 Watt Chopping Review

Only received it a few days ago and still do. Excellent. Serves its purpose and has a good bowl size. I competed for glass to see how much more I had to cut. So far I am very satisfied with this item. If this changes, I will write another review.

I love how easy it is to clean. Hand wash the lid. I stupidly melted mine in the dishwasher. The company was great and sent me a new hat. You just don't get exceptional customer service like this anymore. Thank you for being awesome!

I have arthritis in my left thumb. It was getting harder and harder to hold the other chopper with one hand while pressing the top button with the other. It was the only processor I could find with a swipe. I did NOT know the company, but I gave it a try and so far I am satisfied with the product. There are no problems yet, everything cuts.

My cousin once gave my grandma a nice set of ninja balls, but she said it was too much for her and asked for a simple processor. She showed me a photo of her old processor and it looked like this. She was so happy when she got it — she made over 1,000 spring rolls in the first week she owned it.

I wanted more from this processor. It's ok but really. I would not buy again. Even with the utmost care, blades are very difficult to clean safely. Husband has to grind meat for homemade beef jerky. This is probably the only job the Octavo will do in our house. When I run out of shelf space, I know which small appliances go first. ;)

The best food processor. Sorry for the photo, there is still dog food in the container, but that's what I bought it for. I add solid dog food that is difficult for them to chew, comfort food, rice, and others. My puppies say the paw rating is a 4/4! Glass is durable, stain and odor free, can be stored in the fridge and heated in the microwave, and is crystal clear and pristine after a very light rinse and wash. It can also be washed in the dishwasher. I have to say I need to get better than…

This device is easy to use and has a good design. At first I thought there was a problem when trying to attach the motor to the top of the bowl - sometimes it would connect properly and sometimes it wouldn't. I actually wanted to send it back thinking it was a design flaw. Now I know that in those moments when the motor doesn't seem to be aligned properly, all I have to do is rotate the top of the lid a little (while it's on the bowl) to get the motor to fit perfectly into the lid's grooves…
