Robust design. But my nut was so rusty and tight that it wouldn't come loose even when I used my longest ratchet with as much force as possible.

This is a socket that fits my Suburban RV water heater anode. There won't be much torque loading, so don't expect any problems. Has a beautiful satin finish.

Installing my anode bars is very easy. No complaints. The purchase was worth it. I use the socket separately to thread the anode rod into the hole. When the threads start to grab I add a socket wrench and hand tighten.

I bought this socket to remove and replace the sacrificial anode in an RV water heater. I didn't need a heavy-duty head that could tighten bolts this size with massive amounts of torque. This one is perfect for the job - not too expensive but powerful enough to work with an anode.

Just received it and this outlet is only needed for one job. But it seems well made compared to my other sockets which have proven to be excellent in quality and durability. The price was good for just one outlet. Just don't say where it's done by the way, and I wanted to avoid CCCCC word products.
