One of these chairs was given to me by my predecessor at work a few years ago and since March when I was working at home my work chair started giving me back pain. After researching Revain, Office Depot and Staples I settled on this chair and am very happy with it. I have suffered from neck, shoulder and upper back pain (due to poor posture) for about 6 years. I have tried almost every type of ergonomic chair on the market. At its low price this is the best chair of its kind at Revain. Unfortunately not without problems. First, you cannot adjust the height of the seat without adjusting its angle. Also, getting the chair's "knees" closer to the seat is impossible without the same problem. The chair "adjusts" like scissors that open and close, rotates around a point and can be locked.
