Useful and fun to look at

I affectionately call this guy 'Bob' and he proudly sits on my desk all day, every day. Everyone who sees it laughs and asks where I got it from. I even got a smile from a petrified IT guy who reluctantly stopped by to help me with a printer problem late one Friday night. The magnet under his butt is very helpful and always holds 3 or 4 paperclips and I don't have to search for my post notebook anymore as I used to throw it everywhere. The only minor inconvenience is that I have to take Bobโ€ฆ

Pros
  • The sculpted man doubles as a pen holder, tape dispenser and cutter as well as a paperclip magnet
Cons
  • Vulgarity

A fun novelty for a boring office desk.

This functional paperweight was bought as a Christmas present for Dad. My only real gripe is the tear strip. It's in a weird position (imagine putting it on a table and having to try and rip the tape off the tabletop - it won't work, so you'll just have to take everything) and either I can't cut the tape or it is cut very unevenly. This is one of those things that I would easily overlook, but I was so excited about the band functionality of this paperweight. All in all, it's a fun sphere onโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Dimensions: H: 2.5 x W: 5.75 x D: 6
Cons
  • New Competitors Arrived

gift failed. - Stationery holder and dispenser

I bought three of these - one in each color available. The orange and green ones were sent by another seller (I think it was Cardzilla); Blue was "sold to LilGifts and completed by Revain". Now let me be clear - green looks great. It's a little more than expected, but no problem. The blue was terrible. The clear plastic packaging looked old. The black text on the box was torn and a few letters were missing, as if someone had taped it and roughly torn it off. The stickers on the packaging wereโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Clip storage in toilet bowl base; the back holds extra pins and a pad
Cons
  • I'm concerned about these
