Type of review

Based on my experience, these saddle compartments were a let-down. While they boast of ample storage and are advertised as weather-resistant, the reality is far from it. The zippers on both compartments failed to hold up to even light rain and the construction is cheap, likely not to withstand any off-road terrain... For a true automotive enthusiast, there are better options available..

Pros
  • None worth mentioning
Cons
  • Poor quality and failing zippers

Useless and Dangerous Saddle Compartments

Based on my observations, these compartments are not designed to fit securely and contents may fall out during off-road riding .The plastic material is flimsy and offers no protection for stored items..

Pros
  • None
Cons
  • Not secure or protective

No other way to secure the bag than the gas cap.

Purchased to fit a 2007 Polaris Sportsman 450 but other than the gas cap there is no way to attach the bottom of the bag. The instructions say to use the buckles and straps provided, but they are not included. The bag itself looks decent enough and has holders for two water bottles, which I like. But a good bag is useless to me if it's lying around everywhere.

Pros
  • Accessories
Cons
  • Nothing here
