Ogilvie is a great product that I have used for many years. I don't like that I can't find it in stores anymore, but I'm grateful I found it here at Revain. I have fine hair and if I do it right it doesn't burn my hair and leaves nice soft curls!

My hair is thin, slightly damaged and perfectly straight. Easily burns from curling iron; so i had to curl my hair if i wanted to curl it (but it "didn't last long"). I couldn't find a permanent wave professional; So I decided to "take a risk" and get a perm. I followed the directions on the Ogilvie pack and the perm came out great. I switched from medium to large at the top and used a medium roll towards the back of the head where I used the smallest rolls. I got the curly look I wanted…

Perms are hard to find in our small community. I am grateful that I found this product at Revain. My mother has been using this for years.

I was a bit worried as it was my first time doing my curls at home and by myself. I was happy to learn that the product comes with lotions and paper packaging (don't know what they're called). I bought the curlers separately as they weren't included in the kit. I have very fine medium length hair. I was able to use whatever lotions/sera I had left over when I had to redo some curls that were flatter than I preferred. The whole process probably took 3 or 4 hours mainly because I had never curled
