Natural Gray Oil Eater

The product I received didn't look like it at all. I used this item shown previously so I know what they look like. They are perforated in the middle. The item I received looks more like a felted item. I don't know if it was a replacement or what the problem was. It was the same as what I ordered. Not sure I would order from here again to see if they are better or worse than I expected.
