Note that Displayport does not support 3440 x 1440 resolution.

If you don't need higher resolution or prefer HDMI instead, please see my complaint. I've been looking for a quality dock that supports a USB-C powered Displayport, USB-C, and 3.1 Gen 2 capabilities without having to shell out over $300 just for the privilege. I thought this block would suit my needs. Unfortunately I was wrong. The maximum resolution I can get is 2560 x 1440 at 59 Hz with screen flicker. So back to the drawing board. For those who don't have such requirements, this is a good…

Bought for purpose

I needed more desktop space and more ports to upgrade some processors and this is perfect for this project. I can connect two or three monitors at the same time so windows for multiple programs are fully maximized at the same time. This speeds up the process significantly since I don't have to switch between apps. Also, I can connect multiple memory cards to the processor and still have no USB ports for accessories. When I'm ready to upgrade a second processor, I only have to switch one input…

Superb docking station

This is a great little dock. It seemed a lot bigger on the Revain, but I was pleasantly surprised to see it wasn't that big. Comes with everything you need. It's a solid, sturdy piece with all the connectors we need. Use it for a laptop (thunderbolt connected) and two monitors. Works perfectly! The rubber feet on the bottom keep it in place well, even with a lot of cables looping in different directions at the back. I love the USB 3.0 ports on the front and the USB-C in on the front. The…
