The old version was much better, they shouldn't give it the same name if it's different. It's stickier, like glue, and feels that way on the hair, although it's holding. The new putty looks more like the old pomade than this one. Although none are quite the same. The old version was great and was better than the two newer versions.

I use it everyday if you want to style your hair and be sexy like me this product is what you need. Unfortunately it's in a plastic container which is terrible for the environment but it's a great product. Plastic never breaks down, instead it breaks down into smaller and smaller pieces called "microplastics”, so it would be much better if they used a metal or glass container instead of the plastic container currently used.

I've been using this lipstick for about five months, probably every other day. This is my first time using a hair product, I love the texture it gives to my curly hair. The lipstick does not have a strong scent.

So this is my first review and purchase of this product, I was excited to try something new so I was very upset with this product that was described to me differently and such looks like the picture from someone's lipstick review well what i got was powder not lipstick. Don't get me wrong it smells really good so my expectations for this product are low so I gave it a one star rating.

I've been using the old Spice lipstick for a long time, but this new formula is absolutely useless. It makes your hair stiff and doesn't style it like it used to. I could still run my fingers through my hair with the old stuff and restyle it all day if needed, but not at all with this new stuff. If I wanted my hair to look plastic I would use hair gel. Won't buy Old Spice again if they go in that direction. It also costs more for less product, which is just plain stupid.

husband is angry! They discontinued this one and replaced it with a wax and he hates it. In addition, beeswax is more expensive. Revain is the only place I can buy these now. He loves that the hair is still malleable and moving, and it's not stiff like gel. So crazy they did it hoping they would come back.

I would rate the old lipstick higher but this list fits the new formula which is much worse. If the classic is no longer available and only this "new formula" remains, I will 100% take my money elsewhere. The classic formula offers medium hold that you can finger move throughout the day and adjust as needed. Smells good too. The new formula makes my hair stiff and sticky like a rat's nest. Not even comparable. It also costs more for less product.

I love old spices so much. From my deodorant to my body spray and shower gel. I use pomade all the time because it's the only thing that helps my hair hold it in place. But this lipstick from Old Spice disappointed. I mean the price and smell of the product is really good. But for me it's not lipstick. It's very thick and didn't live up to my expectations.
