This dress is super cute but, really, only with a waist belt - otherwise you just look like you put on a plaid potato sack. I got this in a medium. I’m 5”6 and 128lbs. I have washed and dried in the dryer. No shrinking and no need to iron. It isn’t sheer and I wouldn’t want it to be. It isn’t stretchy and is more like a soft flannel without the heaviness. I love it. It is a little roomy but I would still stick with medium instead of a snug small. I’m going to try with a cute belt. Very comfortable and flattering. Would definitely buy again in a different color. Well made and worth every penny.

While the garment looks well made, there are a couple of things you need to know. I am a true size 2x in US measurement and thus garment is almost 3 sizes too small! The fabric is rougher than expected, but it is nice and wearable. It slightly light in that you can somewhat see through it, but you cannot see anything "inappropriate". If his dress was truly a US size 2x, I would have definitely kept it!

The belt didn’t come with it . I added a pic of with and without the belt .Item is just as described. I’m 5’9 and 180-185lbs and order a large . It fits fine, not tight and not lose on the arms or chest .The dress is just slightly short in the front, so I would wear some type of tight spandex shorts if you’re not wearing leggings with it .Besides that I have no complaints . I don’t know what I was expecting with this particular top. One thing that everyone should know before buying this is know that it has no stretch to it.It is a thick Antietam and the quality is nice.I am a 42D and this was tight a bit around my chest. I havent worn this yet, but i tried it on and it was exactly what i was looking for to be worn with my thigh high boots! I am top heavy and was apprehensive of being able to button the top so i did order a size up(2xl) I’m glad i did because the fit is perfect.

For reference I'm 5'3" and my measurements are 49, 44, 54. I looked up the sizing and reviews so I figured that the XXL would be a perfect fit. It fits but just so. When I sit down the button area comes apart evvvver so slightly which is a little frustrating. There's also a TON of room on the bottom half of the dress which makes it look loose. Super cute and a more feminine cut than a lot of flannel shirts. I get compliments every time I wear it. I typically wear mine over another sleeveless dress, more as a duster than a dress. Looks very cute with high boots.

This style is flattering on me because it masks my belly. I can wear it done up, or open like a jacket with a top under. I was worried it might be too warm indoors but I don’t think that will be a problem!

Love this dress, it is soft and fit well. It does not have any stretch. The pockets help to show waist definition. I wore this with a pair of black opaque nylons and black loafers.

The material is not as soft as I was hoping it would be but it might soften after washing. The fit was ok but tighter than I would have assumed in the bust as I went a size up as always with button down clothing. Overall, it’s ok. I’m keeping it but I’m not thrilled with it.

The large fit well. Sleeves are a little short for me but not that bad if you are wearing a watch or bracelet. A little tight in the chest/breast but I wore a different type of bra to help with the issue.

I love this dress or top or however you choose to wear it as! You could dress it up or dress it down. My chest size is a 36C so it was a little snug and I ordered a Medium . My height is 5’5” and I’m 145 pounds but I do love the look and material is soft and comfortable. Can’t wait to wear it out!

I wore this dress to the airport. It was comfortable and not too fussy and of course stylish. My only wish is that the pockets were bigger/deeper. Other than that I love this dress.

Love the look of this dress. The weight makes it fine for summer evenings BUT IT IS VERY ITCHY in warm weather. I’m debating returning but I love the look and fit. I did feel like I wanted some cheerleading trunks under it or tights. It’s very short in front. But I’m 5’10”
