I use these lint collectors at the end of the washing machine drain hose. If I don't use them, my drain line will soon become clogged with lint that ends up somewhere far down the drain line. This causes the drained water to pool while the washer empties and floods my laundry floor. Just make sure you tighten the included zip tie tightly or the mesh bag will surely clog the drain line.

Our washing machine cleans up spilled water on the floor. We kept calling Roto Rooters to clean the drains. It saved us a lot of money on plumbing. We don't clean the laundry anymore. We change the filter once a week. When I wash dog towels, I change them immediately. That's great. Make sure the zipper is tight so the filter doesn't come loose. This product has made my life so much easier!
