I am so disappointed in this product! I ordered a large size and received a small. Looks like it's used because it has poop on it! wtf! It's absolutely disgusting and I'm not thrilled with it.

The item was already defective when it arrived. The packaging was undamaged and appears to have been a manufacturer error. It doesn't seem very durable. It's thin at best and can crack/split wood after a few grasps.

I love it and the big size is actually very big, perfect for my Syrian Hamster😁. I'm pretty sure the environment will work for a Syrian hamster too if you want to make it smaller. It's also a chair under the wheel, and it's very quiet.

This goes very well with my Syrian hamster. Note to others: there are raised piles of wood that are dangerous for feet, so I glued cork sheets. Other than that, it's great. The impeller is very quiet and light. My hummy loves it!

Mine worked really well for a while until I decided it was time to wash it. Maybe I shouldn't have wet it so badly, but the main race fell apart after I did. It was working great until this happened so my advice is to wipe it off lightly and keep at it so as not to repeat my mistake!

This is the second wheel I bought. They are well made and the large size is suitable for degus. The first lasted 5 months before my 2 boys destroyed it (not bad considering most bikes only last a month). The second wheel only lasted 2 months, so I gave it a 3 star rating. The wooden tread is a bit thin, making it prone to chewing. Not a bad handlebar for the price, but I've now switched to a custom made aluminum handlebar from Germany - very nice but very expensive.
